Yes, you can make ice cream without an ice cream-making machine. There are a few different ways to go about it: you can use a food processor, an immersion blender, or even just some zip-top bags and ice cubes.

3 Ways to Make Ice-Cream Without Ice-Cream Maker
To make the ice cream, you’ll need to freeze your bowl for 24 hours and pour in all of the ingredients.
Then, put it into an ice bath (a big bucket with some cold water and a bunch of ice cubes) and mix constantly until it hardens up like gelato or soft-serve.
If you go with the food processor method: pop in your base ingredients and blitz until they’re creamy.

If you go with the immersion blender method:
Put everything into a large bowl or pitcher that’s heatproof (meaning it won’t crack when you pour hot water on top of it).
Blend for about 20 minutes until thick and creamy. Then, follow the ice bath instructions above.
If you go with the zip-top bag and ice cubes method: prepare your ingredients.
Then, pour them into a large Ziploc freezer bag (make sure it’s big enough so that there isn’t any air in it) and seal it up as tightly as possible.
Fill another larger bowl with some cold water and a bunch of ice cubes.
Place the bag in this bowl, seal-side up so that no water gets into it.
Shake for about 10-20 minutes until thick and creamy.
Note: You can also shake the bags directly without using the bowl.
However, prepare for the cold as you may need to shake the bag for a significant period.
You can wear protective clothing such as gloves and kitchen mittens.
